Brittany Hall

Accredited Exercise Physiologist – Movement & Nervous System Support

Brittany Hall is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Founder of Mind and Motion Exercise Physiology. She works with Goodsky as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing personalised, evidence-based movement support within one-to-one mental health programs.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of the Sunshine Coast and is deeply committed to the principle that exercise, when applied thoughtfully and individually, can play a powerful role in health, recovery, and mental wellbeing. Her work begins with a comprehensive initial consultation and assessment, allowing her to understand each person’s physical history, current capacity, and personal goals. From this foundation, Brittany designs highly individualised exercise programs that evolve as the individual progresses. Known for her extremely friendly, motivating, and caring approach, Brittany provides ongoing encouragement and regular check-ins, ensuring programs remain appropriate, effective, and aligned with each person’s changing needs. Her focus is on creating a supportive and confidence-building experience, particularly for individuals who may feel disconnected from or unsure about movement. At Goodsky, Brittany’s role supports people whose mental health challenges are closely linked with physical deconditioning, chronic stress, fatigue, or reduced confidence in their body. Her work integrates seamlessly with psychological, medical, and body-based therapies, supporting whole-person care and long-term resilience.
