DEPRESSION. ANXIETY. STRESSDAS21 CASE STUDY
During 2018 and 2019 Goodsky gathered data from our last 10 clients with the intention of showing reductions in depression, anxiety and stress using the DAS21 questionnaire. The data below shows a significant reduction of the measured states (depression, anxiety and stress) with almost 100% of participants being categorised as normal to mild.
From the initial chart, you can see the majority of clients fall into a severe to an extremely severe state of depression. In addition to a massive reduction in stress and anxiety, the data shows that depression for all clients was eradicated almost completely.
This data was collected over a 3 month period starting with their initial responses at the beginning of the programme and a follow-up questionnaire once they are back home. This DAS21 data also coincides with a large amount of information and biometrics that we monitor throughout a programme such as sleep, digestion, movement, nutrition, pain and much more. This data too is very encouraging and will be published here once it is compiled.
All 10 clients will also be reviewed again at 6 months

The data shown in each drop down box indicates each individual DAS21 score upon starting the programme and the score recorded at 3 months.
Each section also shows a breakdown on the depression, anxiety and stress scores at each stage.
WHY DO WE USE DAS21?
The DAS21 is globally recognised non-diagnostic tool that allows practitioners and clients to gauge the severity of the measured states. Together with the ACE questionnaire responses, and broad range of health information, the data gives your team an insight into how you deal with situations and relationships and helps them to utilise the best personnel, resources and skill sets for your case.
