Measurable Mental Health Outcomes
Goodsky Retreat

Goodsky’s outcomes page highlights the measurable changes many clients experience during and after their retreat. Using internationally recognised tools such as the DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale) and PCL (PTSD Checklist), we track progress before treatment begins and at regular intervals afterwards.

Across our data, many clients demonstrate significant reductions in depression, anxiety, and stress scores within three months of completing their retreat. These improvements are shown in the charts below. While every individual’s experience is unique and results can vary, this approach provides clear, evidence-based insights into the impact of retreat participation.

Our Results

We utilise credible and widely-recognised assessments such as the DASS 21 (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales), the ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) test, and the PCL-5 (PTSD Checklist for DSM-5) to provide a clear and objective measurement of symptom severity. These tests are trusted tools in the mental health field, helping both clients and clinicians to establish baselines, track progress, and tailor personalised treatment plans that address specific needs.

By monitoring these scores, we can demonstrate the effectiveness of our programs, offering clients tangible evidence of their improvements. This objective measurement not only validates the treatment process but also motivates clients by showing them how far they’ve come. At Goodsky Retreat, these scores help us ensure that every individual receives the best possible care on their journey to wellness. The following graphs and charts illustrate the positive impact of our treatment programs, highlighting the significant progress our clients have made towards better mental health.
