At Goodsky, every practitioner is carefully selected for their qualifications, experience, and ability to deliver personalised, trauma-informed care within an integrated, one-on-one treatment model. Together, they form one of the most experienced and multidisciplinary teams in Australian private mental health care.
Unlike retreats that rely on a small in-house team, Goodsky partners with leading specialists across psychotherapy, psychiatry, naturopathy, somatic therapies, exercise physiology, neurofeedback, nutrition, and body-based modalities — ensuring each guest’s program draws from the right combination of expertise for their specific needs.
Goodsky’s team works collaboratively through structured case management, with daily coordination and shared progress notes. This integrated approach is central to Goodsky’s standard of care and ensures that every aspect of a guest’s treatment is connected, responsive, and professionally informed.
