Sabine Schroeder is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting individuals and couples through trauma, grief, attachment difficulties, and life transitions. She works with Goodsky as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing personalised, one-to-one therapeutic care.
Sabine’s approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on contemporary psychology, neuroscience, and attachment-based practice, alongside mindfulness and body-aware approaches where appropriate.
She places strong emphasis on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space, recognising that healing is a deeply personal process shaped by lived experience, nervous system regulation, and relational safety.
Her work supports people to better understand their emotional patterns, reconnect with inner resources, and develop greater resilience and self-compassion as part of their healing process.
At Goodsky, Sabine provides therapeutic support within personalised, one-to-one mental health programs. Her role focuses on trauma-informed counselling, emotional regulation, grief support, and supporting clients to reconnect with meaning, safety, and inner resilience as part of a broader multidisciplinary approach.
